Important information for investors
FINTECH Circle is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not act as a broker, and we do not arrange, execute, negotiate or advise on any investment. Our role is limited to selecting startups to pitch and bringing together our investor members at Investor Network events, held twice a year. What happens after a pitch is entirely a matter for each investor: whether to make contact with a startup, request further information, or invest - including any decision to co-invest alongside other investor members - is decided independently and directly between investors and startups, without our advice. We do not operate an online dealroom and do not share financial or investment information about startups online. Investing in unlisted, early-stage companies is high risk: you could lose all the money you invest, you are unlikely to be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service, and any SEIS/EIS tax relief depends on your individual circumstances. Access to Investor Network events is limited to individuals who have self-certified as a high-net-worth or sophisticated investor under FCA rules. You should take independent financial advice before investing.
Why invest through us
