Do I need existing board experience?+
No. The programme is designed for senior professionals building their first paid board portfolio, as well as those already holding a seat who want fintech-specific depth.
Is this an appointment service?+
The programme prepares you for board roles and puts you in the room with the executive search firms, fintech board members and fintech CEOs who fill them. Appointments remain the decision of the appointing board and its advisers.
When does the next cohort start?+
Flagship cohorts start on a monthly basis through the year. Elite Cohorts start in September, February and May. All Cohorts are 3 months long immersive learning experiences where you will get to review board packs, participate in board meetings and live webinars with headhunters, board members, AI experts and Fintech CEOs.
