Focus has shifted to FinTechs providing new asset classes and this trend will continue. Collaboration is the key for the future. The question is how traditional players and FinTechs can collaborate. Some innovative FinTech companies have succeed in the technology market and continue to emerge after others are acquired because customers demand a distinct set of complex features. But FinTechs can never do full scale. Also banks have big challenges to survive alone. Banks have too many people, with silo organisations and too many manual processes, too little innovation and too slow development process. Banks need Fintech companies to survive and be valid for customers also in the future. Not only for millennials, but also for other customer segments. What is advisory sales for corporate  institutional clients in the future, where everybody has access to all kind of data information within seconds? Advisory sales is the key for success in the world where financing, investments, wealth management products and solutions are bulk and digitalised. The focus is to things which add value to customers. Players who understand corporate  institutional customer´s ecosystems, are the winners. Collaboration with the traditional players and Fintechs will be win-win for the players and the customers. The power of information, cutting edge technology, financial expertise and realistic advice enable players to turn a distant dream into an achievable plan.
