33 new firms have signed the ‘charter for change’. This week marks the first anniversary of the government’s groundbreaking Women in Finance Charter.This outlines four actionable ways companies can help female talent rise to the top.

The new pledges mean that today 122 firms – and almost half of all UK financial services staff – are helping to bringing about a revolution. They won’t just be making banking better for women, they’re making banking better for Britain.
