Starling, Monzo & Azimo back groundbreaking Finance Charter

33 new firms have signed the ‘charter for change’. This week marks the first anniversary of the government’s groundbreaking Women in Finance Charter.This outlines four actionable ways companies can help female talent rise to the top.

Starling Bank founder and CEO Anne Boden told The Memo.

“There are a huge amount of talented women in finance, as we know at Starling. It’s time the wider industry saw this too.”

The new pledges mean that today 122 firms – and almost half of all UK financial services staff – are helping to bringing about a revolution. They won’t just be making banking better for women, they’re making banking better for Britain.
