Leveraging Innovation Hubs and Driving National Connectivity
One of the key goals for CFIT is to leverage innovation hubs across the country to highlight the fintech ecosystem by driving national connectivity.

CFIT also aims to unite groups of cross-sector experts across the finance and technology ecosystem to address barriers to fintech sector growth.

By bringing together experts from different sectors, CFIT hopes to identify and address these challenges, ultimately driving growth in the fintech industry.
Closing the Skills Gap: Providing Opportunities for Students
Another key goal for CFIT is to continue the sector’s work with universities to give students the opportunity to participate in placements at the UK’s leading companies operating in the financial innovation sector.
This is important because it helps to close the skills gap that exists in the fintech industry, while also providing students with valuable real-world experience.
By providing these opportunities, CFIT hopes to inspire the next generation of fintech innovators and entrepreneurs.
Maximizing Economic Growth and Ensuring Better Outcomes for Fintech Firms, SMEs, and Consumers
CFIT’s final goal is to focus on maximizing economic growth across all regions of the UK and ensuring better outcomes for fintech firms, SMEs, and consumers.
